As a consultant to institutions like the Basilica Saint Anne in Jerusalem and the Formation Center in Beira, Mozambique, Olivier has provided crucial insights on project development, driving positive change. In his career, Olivier has been dedicated to empowering and supporting youth. He has served as Managing Director at organizations such as Kigali Monitor, Hitamo High Technology, Kigali Art and High Definition Center, and the Golden Foundation Center (GFC). As a youth leader in the Huguka Dukore Akazi Kanoze project funded by USAID, he has significantly impacted young people's lives.
